Birdova ensures the security of your payments. We use Shopify Payments, renowned for its strong encryption and compliance with PCI DSS standards. Our platform also features SSL certificates for added security.

We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods via Shopify Payments. Our choices offer convenience and security, aligning with our commitment to a safe shopping experience.

Orders and Shipping

Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us at info@birdova.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled.

At checkout, you'll be presented with various shipping options. Choose according to your needs – faster delivery options are available at a cost, while economical choices offer free shipping. Note: We don’t commit to specific delivery timelines.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Orders placed before noon EST are typically shipped the same day, barring holidays or high-demand periods.

If a package is lost, we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll replace it at no extra cost. If delivered, we'll provide proof of delivery. For unresolved cases, a police report may be required.
