1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty:
- Our golf rangefinders are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty specifically addresses manufacturing or operational defects.
Scope of Warranty:
- The warranty includes coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.
- It does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
Activating Your Warranty:
- Please register your product on our website to activate your warranty. This registration aids in providing efficient service if needed.
Warranty Claim Process:
- If you experience issues with your rangefinder within the warranty period, contact us at info@birdova.com, including a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
- Our team will assist with troubleshooting and, if necessary, guide you through the return process for a warranty claim.
Replacement Policy:
- If a defect is confirmed, we will replace your rangefinder with a new or refurbished unit of equal performance.
- Replacement units will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty or for 90 days after the replacement, whichever is longer.
Product-Specific Warranty Information:
- The 1-year manufacturer's warranty is exclusive to our golf rangefinders.
